About the Club
General Information
The Township of East Vincent, in which the airfield resides, limits sound levels to 50 dBA continuous or 65 dBA maximum at the property line housing the activity. The town has no record of instances of these ordinances being violated.
All airplanes with engines (fueled) must be equipped with mufflers that limit the sound they emit to 97 dBA at 9 feet. Model airplane technology has changed over the years and club members are slowly converting to the use of battery powered electric motors which are nearly soundless.
The club's current contract with the National Guard limits the flying of airplanes with engines (fueled) to the hours of 10:00a to 7:00p daily (Sundays 12:00 noon to 7:00p). Battery powered airplanes with electric motors are exempt from this schedule.

Membership Dues
Club Membership is from January 1 to December 31, with a renewal grace period to February 28th. An application must be on file for each renewing member. The dues schedule is located on the back of the Membership Application.
Note: Adult members are 19 or over on July 1st.
